The City of Newburgh Arts and Cultural Commission (“NACC”) will convene a meeting on Monday, September 18, 2023.
The meeting will be held in-person beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Heritage Center located at 123 Grand Street, Newburgh, NY 12550.
