City of Newburgh Taxicab Regulations & Education Brochure (PNG)

In an effort to ensure the safety of taxi passengers and drivers, the City of Newburgh has released an educational pamphlet to clarify several issues surrounding the regulations and licensing of taxis within the City of Newburgh.

The pamphlet highlights the current taxi driver and taxicab application and licensure process, details taxi base responsibilities, taxicab inspection requirements, applicable fees, fares and provides the driver requirements to ensure all taxi drivers and taxicabs comply with current City Code regulations.

Hardcopies of the application and educational pamphlet can be obtained and submitted at the City Clerk’s Office located at City Hall, 83 Broadway, Newburgh, NY 12550.
