Greater Hudson Valley Family Health Center
The Greater Hudson Valley Family Health Center provides high-quality, comprehensive, primary and preventative health care services in an environment of caring, respect, and dignity. Starting almost 40 years ago from the work of four VISTA volunteers, the Center now provides comprehensive health care to more than 13,000 adults and children. Last year, we provided more than 62,000 primary and preventative patient visits.
St Luke's Cornwall Hospital
St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital, with more than 200 physicians on staff, provides quality care to more than 270,000 residents of the Hudson Valley in New York state. It has two main campuses: the 242-bed Newburgh campus, on Dubois Street, was founded in 1874; the 125-bed Cornwall campus, on Laurel Avenue, was founded in 1931. SLCH is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). This includes both hospital campuses, as well as our outpatient satellite services (Dialysis Center, Rehabilitation Center at New Windsor, Unity Center for Recovery, and Outpatient Care Center). The New York Times reported that SLCH was one of only seven hospitals in the state to be recognized for "clinical excellence" in a national study!
