Welcome to the City of Newburgh's Department of Planning and Development.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Department of Planning and Development is to provide technical assistance to the City Council, the City Manager, and the Newburgh community at large on housing, community development, economic development, and land use issues. The department also administers a number of federal and state grant programs to assist local residents and businesses.
